Ordering with Letzers SeafoodWe will be delighted to accept any order; we do not have a minimum order amount to enable you to order from us. You can order using our web site or by telephone (01485 579363) Letzers Seafood reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, without reason and that decision is final. |

Special PackagingAll our lobsters are shipped live to your home or office. Experience has taught us that the lobsters/crabs travel best with gel ice packs. Therefore, we do not offer pots, or pans or other items that can affect the quality of the seafood. Instead, the lobsters/crabs are placed in a special insulated carton, packed with ice packs and sent off to you. Larger quantities of lobster may be placed in a specially prepared carton with Styrofoam compartments. This protects the lobsters/crabs from damaging one another during travel. |

Advanced OrderingAdvanced ordering is always recommended we only delivery on a Friday but if you require the seafood quicker email and we will endeavour to meet your deadline. Large numbers of two (2) pound or larger lobsters should be reserved a few days in advance of your desired delivery date. The large, select grade sells fast and we can not always guarantee we will have a large quantity for you. |

Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our seafood pages, and click on any items that you want to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Paypal. Alternatively you can call Customer Services on 01485 579363 and place your order verbally over the telephone. Cheques are accepted. However your goods will not be shipped until the cheques has cleared.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order. |

Supplying of GoodsGoods we supply are sold on the understanding that they will only be used for their intended purpose. Letzers Seafood will accept no responsibility for either trained or untrained personnel using or misusing products or equipment supplied by us. We make no recommendations as to the suitability of the products for any particular purpose. Letzers Seafood its employees and agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods unless strictly confirmed by Letzers Seafood in writing. In agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that you do not rely on any such representation to complete your purchase with us. |

PricingEvery effort will be made to maintain a stable supply and pricing policy subject to market conditions and variations. All prices are correct at the time of going to print; however Letzers Seafood reserves the right to alter prices without notice explanation or notification. Product Details and SpecificationsWe have tried wherever possible to describe and portray the produce (seafood) and products (tools) as accurately as possible. Letzers Seafood reserves the right to alter details and specifications without notice, explanation or notification. We reserve the right to substitute similar quality items based upon availability to complete your order. The products (tools) are supplied according to the descriptions and specifications supplied by the manufacturer. |

Payment - Non Account HoldersIf you do not have a credit account with Letzers Seafood full payment will have to be received by us before the goods are dispatched. We accept payment by Paypal and Cheque. |

Receipt of GoodsIt is the responsibility of the customer to check and count all parcels/goods before signing any accompanying delivery note. |

Guarantee1If you have ordered live lobsters or crabs we guarantee that the lobsters/crabs are alive when they are delivered to your door, unless arrangements have been made to pick the lobsters up at a delivery depot. If you are picking up the order at Brancaster Staithe, we guarantee that they will be alive when picked up, providing the pickup was made prior to 5:30 p.m. on the scheduled date of delivery. we assume no responsibility for orders picked up by customers after 5:30 p.m. Letzers Seafood recommends the lobster be prepared the same day. If you must keep them an additional day, you do so at your own risk. But there are some steps to take that can help ensure they keep the extra day or two.

Missing or Damaged GoodsClaims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless the company is advised within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Letzers Seafood will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period. |

Returning Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Goods When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, Letzers Seafood may agree to their return subject to a 15% handling charge. This request must be made to Letzers seafood within 7 days of receipt of goods, excluding bank holidays and weekends. The returning of the goods to us will be entirely at your own cost and responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us. Returned goods will only be accepted where a returns authorisation number has been given. This must be quoted on all accompanying documentation. The following goods are not eligible for return.
1. The goods are perishable (seafood) or sterile. 2. The goods are given free or as part of an offer. 3. The goods have been used. 4. The goods are not being returned in original packaging.

Cancellation of OrderLetzers Seafood reserves the right to apply a handling charge when an order is cancelled. In respect of perishable items (seafood) a 15% handling charge will be made of order value excluding vat. Cancellation after dispatch will not be accepted. |

Delivery TimesAll orders received before 3pm are dispatched on an express 48-hour delivery to UK mainland excluding the highlands of Scotland. Delivery for large and heavy items may be subject to a 7-21 day delivery time and some items may be subject to a 4-6 weeks delivery time, please ask at time of ordering. All delivery times are quoted in good faith and cannot be binding. Letzers Seafood or their designated carrier will not be held responsible for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery. Neither Letzers Seafood nor their designated carrier will accept any claim of loss due to late delivery. |

Delivery Charges Per Item weight:Seafood tools will be subject to a delivery charge of £3.95. However, when purchased with seafood the tools will be delivered free of charge. Only a delivery charge for the seafood will be made.

The special packaging and short delivery time required to ensure that your seafood arrives fresh dictates the cost of delivery. |

Liability ClaimsLetzers Seafood total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods or seafood supplied. Letzers Seafood will not be liable for any consequential loss for anything, however arising. Your statutory rights are not affected. |

E&OEAny typographical, clerical, other omissions or errors however made, in any of Letzers Seafood literature, quotations, price lists, invoices or any other documents or information supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company's part. |

Customer ServiceWe guarantee the quality of our seafood on the scheduled day of delivery. Please examine the carton when it arrives. If the carton appears to have been damaged, it may have caused injury to any live lobsters or crabs or let warm air enter the carton. If any of the seafood has perished, do not discard them. We will arrange return delivery and on receipt will issue a full refund. No full refunds will be granted unless the entire order is returned. All claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 01485 579363. No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery |

AvailabilityPlease remember that the seafood is caught from our own boat we cannot control the weather or the catch so we may have to rearrange delivery or products as a result of this. You will be fully informed and a refund is always available. |
